I have CPTSD [Complex post-traumatic stress disorder] and have struggled with intimacy with my husband. I liked that the affirmations were short and rooted in scripture. I also like that it was specifically geared towards women and their husbands and relatable for someone who is a trauma survivor. I now have a tool I can listen to multiple times, and write the affirmations down, so I can see them throughout the day.
